Andy Ridley started with Square Deal Investments in 2017 and serves as the Director of Asset Management – Commercial Real Estate. He is responsible for the financial oversight and strategic management of Square Deal’s Real Estate portfolio. This includes handling all aspects of the firm’s real investments from acquisition to disposition and day-to-day oversight of large and complicated assets.
Mr. Ridley graduated in 2004 from the University of Oklahoma and has been in the real estate industry since. Prior to joining Square Deal, Mr. Ridley was the Director of Asset Services for a national real estate firm, responsible for an 8 MM+ square foot portfolio. From his experience as a real estate broker, real estate acquisitions manager, and asset manager, Andy brings with him many years of knowledge and expertise in all different facets related to commercial real estate.
