Hayden Crandall joined Square Deal Investments in 2019 and serves as an Asset Manager. He works closely with property management, leasing agents, the Director of Asset Management, and the Portfolio Manager to maximize the performance of a portfolio of real estate assets located throughout the Midwest.
Mr. Crandall graduated cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. As a previous intern for Mark Beffort, Mr. Crandall was exposed to multiple facets of both commercial real estate and investment management. This exposure, along with an upbringing amongst a family of architects and developers, cultivated his passion for the real estate industry. Outside of the office, you can find Hayden riding his bike or spending time with friends and family.
