Krystal Black joined Square Deal Investments in 2017 and currently serves as the Senior Accountant. She prepares the consolidated financials for each portfolio that Square Deal Investments manages, working closely with property accountants and auditing the growing number of real estate investment financials submitted each month. Krystal also plays a lead role in the day-to-day accounting for our Energy and Opportunity portfolios while assisting management with any special projects.
Mrs. Black has over 15 years of experience in accounting, including years spent working in various fields such as Oil and Gas, Staffing and HR, SAAS, and international accounting for an internet company.
Krystal enjoys the work-life balance she’s found at Square Deal that allows her to vigorously pursue her professional goals with the flexibility needed to be a working parent of two. What she loves most about Square Deal is the intentional and genuine concern for the community through acts of service and charitable donations. Many of the charities she’s been able to indirectly and directly be involved with are near and dear to her and her husband’s hearts.
