Quita Bailey-Chagom joined Square Deal Investments in 2022 and serves as the Office Administrator. She is responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allows Square Deal Investments to operate efficiently.
Mrs. Bailey-Chagom graduated from Mid-America Christian University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Ethics. She also obtained an Associate’s degree in Diversified Studies at Oklahoma City Community College. Quita brings more than 10 years of administrative experience to the Square Deal team. Prior to joining our team, Quita served as an Office Manager and Billing Administrator of a legal firm and continues the identical work ethic and core values needed in her current role at Square Deal.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Quita enjoys the wildlife of fishing at local ponds and lakes, watching football, and coordinating local art projects and events. Her two, energetic boys keep her alert and on the go for all their sporting and school activities.
